For orders of $350 or more at our store, local shipping will be included for free. Orders below $350 will be arranged for payment upon delivery.
Membership Registration
Register for free to become a member of Moko Moko's online store. Members can view or modify personal information, send messages, view orders, and track products at any time in the "Account" section, making your shopping experience more convenient and seamless. Click the "New User Registration" button in the top left menu of the website to register for free (you can register directly or via Facebook login).
Online Shopping Process
Log in to Moko Moko's online store as a member.
Select the product (if you need our support, feel free to
contact us).
Click "Add to Cart."
After selecting the items, click "Cart" in the upper right corner to proceed to checkout.
Before checkout, please make sure the items/quantities purchased are correct.
Select the delivery and payment method, and click "Go to checkout". You can log in as a member to checkout.
Enter customer, delivery, and payment information, and you can also leave order notes.
After completing the input, please check if the information is correct, click "Submit Order" and proceed to the payment page.
Confirm the order and complete the transaction.
The Moko Moko online store shopping process is complete! Please wait patiently for the confirmation email and order status update notification.
Website Navigation Tips
"Homepage" - View popular brands and categories, popular products, newly added products, etc.
"Product Categories" - Including NEW arrivals, daily necessities/toys, Japanese food, boutique/lifestyle products, brands, etc., clicking on the selected category will display related products.
"Brand Categories" - Including major pet brands, etc., clicking on the selected brand will display related products.
"Search Bar" - You can enter the product name, brand, keyword in the "magnifying glass" icon at the top of the website, and check the search results.
Product Selection:
The "shopping cart" in the upper right corner of the page will display the quantity and amount of products in real time. You can modify the quantity of products in your order in the "shopping cart".
Email - Order Confirmation:
After a successful transaction, you will receive an "order confirmation" email to notify you that your order has been confirmed, including your order details. If you check out as a member, you can also click "account > order" to view your order details.
Email - Shipment Confirmation:
You will receive an email notification with the courier's waybill number and tracking link once the goods have been shipped, so you can check the delivery status at any time.
Delivery Methods:
We currently offer delivery services in Hong Kong/Macau.
For all local orders in Hong Kong, free delivery will be provided by the courier for orders over HKD$350.
For Macau/Taiwan orders, personal identification information may need to be provided in accordance with courier regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please note that the delivery time provided by the courier cannot be guaranteed, and the courier will contact customers on the day of delivery. If the phone call is not answered, it may cause a delay in delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the order may be canceled. The reshipping party will be charged the original shipping fee.
After we receive your order, we will arrange shipment within 2 working days.
By default, we use courier packaging bags for packaging. If you need to use a cardboard box, please leave a note. Additional packaging material fees may apply.
If you choose to pick up the goods at a SF Express pickup point, you can select the pickup point address during checkout.

If you choose home delivery, you can choose to deliver to your office/residential address and enter the delivery information on the next page.
Payment Notice:
We accept credit card, Octopus, PayMe, FPS (Faster Payment System) payment methods. Some payment methods are processed through the online payment platform, Shopline Payment, as our payment logistics provider.
