Return Policy

Ordering Instructions:

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Requests to change delivery method, purchased products, or combine orders will not be accepted.
After placing an order and completing payment, please check your registered email for our order confirmation notice.
If you do not receive our order confirmation email, please contact our customer service for reissuance.
If you choose to pick up the goods in-store, please wait for the arrival email notification before going to the store. Please do not pick up on the same day as placing the order.
The self-pickup order is valid for one month. If the order is not picked up within one month, it will be considered abandoned, and we will automatically cancel the order without any notice or refund.
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges, except for the following special circumstances:

Received products are incomplete or missing
The ordered product does not match the received product (excluding color differences)
The received product is expired
The return procedure is as follows:

Please keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, receipts, and related gifts.
Contact us within seven days of receiving the product to request a return.
After confirming that the product meets the requirements of the return policy, we will notify you of the return application status as soon as possible.
After receiving the returned product, we will arrange a refund within seven working days.
If we cannot receive the returned product within seven days, we reserve the right to cancel the return or exchange.
If you need to apply for a return or exchange, please follow these guidelines:

Please apply within the return or exchange period.
Please keep the shipping receipt.
Damaged goods that were not requested for replacement at the time of receipt will not be accepted.
Opened, used, or any product damaged due to personal reasons will not be eligible for return or exchange.
*Customers should consider shipping risks before purchasing. If the product is damaged or lost during shipping, the customer is responsible for the loss.
*If the order is cancelled due to personal reasons after payment, a 5% refund handling fee of the total order cost will be charged.

(Excluding pre-ordered products, pre-ordered products cannot be cancelled for any reason.)
